He has built and scaled multiple businesses across supply chain finance, corporate banking, project finance and MSME lending, managing portfolios of approximately ₹25,000 crore and teams of nearly 500 professionals. He has been instrumental in establishing market-leading franchises and driving business transformation through innovation, governance and digital enablement.

An MBA (Finance) from NMIMS, Mumbai, Vivek brings over 24 years of experience across large corporate, mid-corporate and sector-focused lending businesses. During his career with IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank and Global Trust Bank, he has built and managed large corporate portfolios, developed strong promoter and CXO relationships, and consistently delivered profitable growth while maintaining superior portfolio quality. He has successfully led teams and established specialised lending platforms across healthcare, education, logistics and warehousing sectors.
A Cost Accountant and MBA, Suman brings more than 30 years of experience in credit lifecycle management, lending operations, governance and risk mitigation. During his career, he has held leadership positions at IndusInd Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (NatWest), IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank and HSBC. He has successfully led large operations teams and built robust control frameworks across credit administration and middle-office functions, ensuring strong policy execution, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. His extensive experience across the entire lending lifecycle provides the team with strong institutional capabilities in risk management and portfolio governance.

Murlidhar Lakhara
A CMA and a banker by profession, Murlidhar was associated with the Reserve Bank of India, ABN AMRO Bank, Deutsche Bank, First Rand Bank and IndusInd Bank in the Compliance function for over 25 years. He is presently the Managing Partner and CEO of AgilisOne Solutions LLP, and provides advisory and consultancy services on compliance in regulatory and technology-enabled solutions across BFSI and other sectors. He would guide the company on various compliance and governance matters.
Pawan’s 25 years career spans transaction banking, commercial banking, product management, consulting, business intelligence, digital transformation, risk solutions and AI-led business innovation, with leadership roles at HSBC, Citibank, Dun & Bradstreet, and L&T Su-Fin. He established Dun & Bradstreet’s first global Research & Advisory Services practice and worked extensively with governments and financial institutions on business intelligence and risk solutions.
